Welcome to UZEL Pakistan. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.Products & Availability

All product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

Most UZEL designs are available in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until the order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

We accept Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

3. Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. UZEL reserves the right to cancel orders containing incomplete, incorrect or unverifiable customer information.

4. Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas, public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and active contact number.

5. Exchange & Claims

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A complete unboxing video, recorded before opening the parcel, is required to process the claim.

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund or alternative solution will be offered.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting UZEL. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

8. Contact Us

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
